Harish brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling teams, setting up offshore and global capability centres, and leading large, complex delivery organisations. His background spans technology leadership, talent strategy, and business operations across global enterprises and growing organisations.

At Knowledge Artisans, Harish focuses on shaping long-term vision, defining ethical and capability-first engagement models, and ensuring that customers retain full ownership and control while scaling teams and talent effectively.

Co-Founder & Director
Anandakuttan Chandrakurup is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience in building and scaling successful ventures.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and BITS Pilani, he has co-founded multiple companies, including Vios Medical, Clarity Authentication Systems, and Cheque1 Ventures, driving innovation across technology and healthcare domains.

As an active angel investor, he has backed and exited several startups successfully, bringing deep expertise in venture building, strategic growth, and value creation.

Chef Suresh Pillai represents Knowledge Artisans as its Brand Ambassador and Strategic Partner, bringing a powerful perspective rooted in craftsmanship, discipline, and people development. Known for building high-performing teams and nurturing talent across culinary ventures, he embodies the values of excellence, consistency, and respect for skill.

His association reinforces a core belief at Knowledge Artisans: great outcomes are built by investing in people, structured learning, and mastery—across any profession or domain.

Strategic Advisor
Ed Manicka is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned industry leader based in St. Paul. He brings deep expertise in product innovation, commercialization, and scaling solutions within highly regulated environments.

Ed has served as the CEO of Corventis and held leadership roles at Medtronic, where he contributed to driving innovation in healthcare technologies. His experience spans building and leading high-impact organizations, navigating regulatory landscapes, and bringing transformative products to market.

He holds academic credentials from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), and the University of Michigan.
