1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of theknowledgeartisans.com (the "Site"), operated by Knowledge Artisans Private Limited ("KA"), 006, Divyajyothi, Lakeview County, Singasandra, Bangalore South, Bangalore Rural - 560068, Karnataka, India. By using the Site you accept them.

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes KA's services: staffing and resource augmentation, Interview-as-a-Service, workforce assessment, corporate training and finishing school programs, GCC setup and consulting, and AI product development including JobsifyAI. Content is general information, not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.

3. Job seekers

• Jobs shown on or linked from the Site are posted by KA or by employers on JobsifyAI. Roles may close or change without notice.

• Submitting a resume or applying does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment.

• KA does not charge candidates a fee for job placement (optional paid JobsifyAI features are separate). Treat any such request made in KA's name as fraud and report it to info@theknowledgeartisans.com.

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share.

4. JobsifyAI

Links to jobsify.ai take you to a separate platform with its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or someone else's information, uploading malicious files, scraping content at scale, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, logos and the Knowledge Artisans and JobsifyAI names belong to KA or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn, YouTube and Glassdoor). KA is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
